    The product does not meet your expectations? Does it not work or did it get damaged? You have 15 days after delivery to easily return it to us and receive a full refund.

     You use our product and notice a malfunction? Consult our FAQ and our verification process to find a solution. Your product is still not working? Contact us and we will guide you: our products are guaranteed for 2 years (batteries: 6 months).
